This month, North London Collegiate School Dubai delivered a dedicated wellbeing initiative for its staff and parent community, recognising the importance of creating space for reflection and balance during a period of heightened uncertainty.
The initiative offered a series of optional experiences, including guided meditation, sound healing and creative activities, designed to support emotional wellbeing and provide a calm, restorative environment. Participation was entirely optional, allowing individuals to engage in a way that felt most meaningful to them.
Rooted in the School’s commitment to exceptional pastoral care, the initiative reflected NLCS Dubai’s ongoing focus on supporting the holistic needs of its community. By prioritising wellbeing alongside academic rigour, the School continues to ensure that both staff and parents feel supported, connected and valued.
The School extends its thanks to Sohum Wellness Sanctuary for their support in facilitating this initiative during these uncertain times.
