A Welcoming Community
A new year and a new term is always exciting for all of us at NLCS Dubai, as new students are welcomed into the School family. This January we welcomed six new students in the First School, six in the Junior School and seven into the Senior School; all the new students seem to have settled well and we are delighted to welcome them.
For all students a new term means new challenges. This term, the Junior School has added 18 new extra-curricular activities in the First School, including Yoga, Languages, Cookery and Mini Scientist. This brings the number of ECAs in the Junior School to 63! Meanwhile, in the Senior School, Yoga and Pro Badminton have been added to our extensive range of now over one hundred lunchtime and after school offerings. To see our young learners try themselves out at new skills and to watch them develop a passion for something unfamiliar to them is truly inspiring.
