As we come to the end of term, on behalf of all the Junior Team, I just want to say a huge thank you to all for your support.
It has been a pleasure getting to know all of our new families and students this term as our community continues to grow and thrive.
It has been a very busy term with so many highlights, some of which are mentioned in this newsletter. Our National Day celebration was a wonderful day, bringing our community together.
Thank you to all those who came to our festive ‘sing around the tree’ yesterday, when we had the opportunity to thank our support staff (cleaners, security, facilities, admin teams and Mastercook) with gifts donated from yourselves. Your generosity and kindness were overwhelming and I know the staff were so grateful.
The students have been involved in a rich programme of learning both in and out of the classroom this term. Most Grade levels have been on trips to support their units of inquiry and we have also had numerous parents come in to either help in class or as an expert linked to the unit of inquiry.
On behalf of all the Junior Team may I take this opportunity to wish you and your families a wonderful holiday and I look forward to seeing the children back at school on 5th January.
Warmest wishes,
Emma Navin
Head of Junior School
